Levees.org Calls ASCE Report A Whitewash
An activist group is calling an internal investigation by the American Society of Civil Engineers a whitewash, and that the ASCE and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers worked together to cover-up problems with the levees after Hurricane Katrina.
